Falmouth Family Photos – Anderson Family
I’ve photographed the Anderson family almost every summer they’ve spent on Cape Cod. Each year feels like another chapter — the kids a little taller, the inside jokes a little funnier, the rhythm of the family settling back into something familiar and easy. This session took place in Falmouth, at a quiet coastal property surrounded by marsh grasses, soft shoreline, and calm water that caught the light just right. It’s time for Falmouth Family Photos.
The setting had that classic Cape Cod stillness — tall grasses moving with the wind, a gentle inlet reflecting the sky, open lawn leading down toward the water. It’s the kind of place where families can breathe, wander, and simply be themselves without feeling too posed or rushed.
We moved through the session lightly. The kids explored, ran through the grass, stopped for photos, and then darted off again. Their parents blended into the rhythm — relaxed, laughing, unbothered by the pace. These are the moments I always look for: the in-between expressions, the quiet gestures, the natural connection that doesn’t need direction.

Why Falmouth
Falmouth offers some of the most peaceful coastal backdrops on Cape Cod. Between its quiet inlets, soft marsh landscape, and warm late-day light, it creates an atmosphere that feels both open and intimate. For family sessions, it’s the perfect combination — space to move and scenery that naturally elevates every photo.
Conclusion
Falmouth Family Photos – Photographing the Anderson family year after year has become one of those traditions that reminds me why I love documenting families.
